Day of Coordination 

We are excited to announce our partnership with CVI Catering to provide seamless coordination services. CVI Catering also offers additional banquet services, including professional bartending, upon request.

 

Services Included:

• Coordinator & Helper Team: Each event has a main coordinator and helper in attendance.
• Vendor Coordination: One month of pre-event vendor communication to confirm details, with day-of support for issue resolution.
• Issue Resolution: On-site problem-solving for any challenges.
• Timeline Management: Create and maintain a detailed event timeline with the couple.
• Reception Walk-Through: Ensure reception setup aligns with the couple’s instructions from the one-month prior meeting.
• Basic Take Down: Includes removing linens, packing centerpieces and decor, cake table, games area, and signage within the booked timeframe.
• Wedding Setup: Arrange wedding signs provided by the couple, place decorative piece in respective area
• Favor & Place Setting Setup: Set up table settings, favors, and utensils provided by the couple.
• Gift Table Setup: Arrange a gift table as provided by the couple.
• Reception Table Setup: Arrange tables and centerpieces provided by the couple.
• Vendor Support: Ensure vendors (sound, makeup, hair, officiant, etc.) have necessary resources.
• Guest Direction: Guide guests to required areas and initiate speeches or bouquet toss.
• Transportation Arrangements: Coordinate cabs or transportation for guests.

Pricing for Day of Coordination 

• 8 Hours: $1,400 + Travel ($1.00/km each way)
• 10 Hours: $1,700 + Travel ($1.00/km each way)
• 12 Hours: $2,200 + Travel ($1.00/km each way)

* additional charges include charges for extra help, Additional time required and events that are past 10 PM.

Services We Do Not Provide

• Cleaning of restrooms, excessive spills, dishes, or vomit.
• Garbage disposal beyond placing bags in provided bins.
• Liquor service (not licensed).
• Return of rentals.
• Providing garbage bags, boxes, containers, or cleaning supplies.
• Food preparation or serving.
• Setup or takedown of tables, chairs, or heavy items (we arrange provided linens/décor).
• High-risk tasks (e.g., non-government roads, ladders, electrical work, or uninsured activities).
• Obtaining liquor licenses or permits.
• Guest transportation.
• Setup/takedown of structures requiring more than a step ladder.
• DJ or MC services (we start playlists and make basic announcements).
