The Salt Air Sisters Story
In 2008, I embarked on my cake-making journey in Edmonton, channeling my creativity into crafting delicious and beautiful cakes. After a break, life brought me to Vancouver Island, where I reignited my passion during the COVID period. I sought a fresh start and a memorable name, turning to my sister for inspiration. She suggested "Salt Air," a nod to the Island's coastal vibe—though, amusingly, people often think I'm based in a place called Salt Air! In reality, I operate out of Duncan and Crofton.
Events with a Flare
My sister and I teamed up, combining our skills to plan and execute stunning weddings, bringing joy to countless couples. While she eventually pursued her dream career, I continued to grow Salt Air Sisters Events, partnering with local businesses to create memorable experiences. My love for big events stems from my Alberta roots, where I organized vendor shows, children’s pageants, and lively birthday parties. The spark for event planning ignited early.
