• We provide backdrops, faux flowers, and all decor straight from our own supplies
• We deliver everything to your venue, set it up during our scheduled time, then leave so you can enjoy the party
• We return to pick up everything afterward (or you can drop it off at our location for extra convenience)
• Prices are based on the package you choose—not the type of event—so it’s simple and consistent
• Our rates are competitive with other local Duncan & Cowichan Valley services

Event Setup and Decor Packages
Small Package: Essentials Setup
Perfect for intimate gatherings (up to 30 guests)
• Basic table arrangements (card board or framed themed signs) to match the theme of the event, paper napkins and paper placemats)
• Simple thematic decor (6' balloon garland, small banner and one event signage) using our reusable materials and items that we feel would fit your event.
• Gift or cake table setup with plastic tablecloth and stand
• Up to 2 hours on-site setup
• Includes backdrops & decor rental cost from our supplies

Price: $1,500 + travel ($1 per km each way)
Medium Package: Enhanced Setup
Great for mid-sized events (30–60 guests)
• Everything in the Small Package
• More enhanced centerpieces,photo backdrop setup in theme no flowers & accents from our inventory
• 30-minute pre-event consultation
• Up to 3 hours on-site setup
• custom add-ons such as custom backdrops, party favours, guest book,
- includes a 6" single-barrel cake with buttercream and one dozen cupcakes in the theme.
Price: $2,200 + travel ($1 per km each way)
Large Package: Full Transformation
Ideal for bigger celebrations (60+ guests)
• Everything in the Medium Package
• Themed backdrops, complete table settings (cloth table cloths and cloth napkins, gold plastic cutlery, plastic champagne glasses, coloured paper plates, decor such as candle holders, vases with faux flowers, 5-7 small frames with your photos, place cards at each setting), interactive game area (2-3 games such as yard yatzee or jumbo collect 4 & premium props)
