At Salt Air Events (serving Duncan, Cowichan Valley & surrounding areas), we make your special day stress-free!

• We provide backdrops, faux flowers, and all decor straight from our own supplies
• We deliver everything to your venue, set it up during our scheduled time, then leave so you can enjoy the party
• We return to pick up everything afterward (or you can drop it off at our location for extra convenience)
• Prices are based on the package you choose—not the type of event—so it’s simple and consistent
• Our rates are competitive with other local Duncan & Cowichan Valley services

Travel is $1 per km each way from Duncan / North Cowichan.

Basic Package – $895

Perfect for small celebrations (up to 20 guests)

•  Up to 15 treat bags

•  Up to 1.5 hours on-site setup

Small Package – Essentials Setup – $1,295

Intimate gatherings (up to 30 guests)

•  6’ balloon garland

•  One backdrop + stand

•  Gift or cake table with plastic tablecloth and stand

•  Basic themed table décor (signs, napkins, placemats, plates)

•  Small banner + one event sign

•  Up to 2 hours on-site setup

•  Includes a 6” single-barrel buttercream cake

Medium Package – Enhanced Setup – $1,895

Mid-sized events (30–60 guests)

Everything in the Small Package, plus:

•  Enhanced centrepieces and photo backdrop with faux flowers

•  30-minute pre-event consultation

•  Up to 3 hours on-site setup

•  Option to add custom backdrops, favours, or guest book

•  Includes 6” single-barrel cake + one dozen themed cupcakes

Large Package – Full Transformation – Starting at $3,300

Larger celebrations (60–100 guests)

Everything in the Medium Package, plus:

•  Full place settings for every guest (plates, gold plastic cutlery, champagne glasses, fabric napkins, place cards)

•  Cloth tablecloths, candle holders, faux flower centrepieces, and photo frames

•  White chair covers with sashes

•  Two full backdrops

•  Welcome, cake table, and memorial signs

•  Guest book

•  Two planning meetings

•  5–6 hours on-site setup

•  Includes a cutting cake + 100 themed cupcakes
